1. These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrolment in The Calling, a 12-week live online mentorship programme starting 7 February 2027. The Calling is provided by The Art of Transformation (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Laura Boatman, ABN 37 753 890 104, of 4/13 Waterview Drive, Lane Cove, NSW 2066, Australia. By submitting payment, you (“you”, “the Participant”) enter into a contract with The Art of Transformation on these Terms.

The Calling is co-facilitated by Sarah King of The Willow Project Consultancy Limited (Company Number 11676172, 8 Weald Close, Bromley, England, BR2 8PD, United Kingdom) as a co-facilitator engaged by The Art of Transformation. Sarah King is not a party to your payment contract, and any claims relating to your enrolment or payment should be directed to The Art of Transformation.

2. The Programme

The Calling is a 12-week live online group mentorship, delivered via video call, running from 7 February 2027, with live sessions each Sunday, morning UK time (GMT) / evening Sydney time (AEDT), including a three-week integration break after Week 6. It includes 12 live weekly sessions, a personal Human Design & Astrology “Purpose Map,” buddy pairings, access to a private community group, and replays of all live sessions.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, format, or facilitators of the programme where necessary, and will give you as much notice as reasonably possible.

3. Eligibility and Enrolment

The Calling is only open to individuals aged 18 or over. There is no application or selection process: you secure your place by completing payment through the checkout on our website. The form on our website is an enquiry form — you are welcome to use it to ask us anything, and to request a call with us before you enrol if you would like to talk the programme through first. We may decline or cancel an enrolment at our discretion, including where we believe the programme is not a good fit for you. Where we do so after payment has been made, we will provide a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Fees and Payment

• Early Bird pricing (through 31 December): AUD $2,500 / GBP £1,310 / EUR €1,530.
• Standard pricing (from 1 January): AUD $3,000 / GBP £1,570 / EUR €1,835.

AUD is our base currency. GBP and EUR prices are indicative and may be subject to change based on exchange rates at the time of payment; the amount charged will be confirmed at checkout.

Payment plans are available on request. Where we agree a payment plan with you, the specific number of instalments, due dates, and consequences of a missed or failed instalment payment will be confirmed with you in writing (e.g. by email) before you enrol, and that written confirmation forms part of your agreement with us alongside these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend your access to the programme, including live sessions and the community group, if an agreed instalment is not received within a reasonable period after its due date.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds once you've enrolled — spaces are limited and your place is held for you as part of a small, committed cohort. That said, we understand that genuine circumstances come up. If you'd like to request a refund, contact us at laura@theartoftransformationcoaching.com and we'll consider it on a case-by-case basis, entirely at our discretion. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under consumer protection law that applies to you and cannot be excluded by agreement.

If we are unable to deliver the programme (for example, due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and provide a full refund or, at your election, a credit toward a future cohort.

7. Confidentiality and Community Conduct

The Calling includes a private community group and live group sessions in which participants share personal experiences. By joining, you agree to:

• Keep confidential anything shared by other participants in sessions or the community group, and not repeat, record, screenshot, or share it outside the group without that person's permission;
• Engage respectfully with other participants and facilitators;
• Not use the community group to promote your own products or services without permission.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community group or live sessions, without refund, if they breach this Section or otherwise behave in a way that is disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive to the group.

8. Session Recordings and Intellectual Property

Live sessions are recorded for replay purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in these recordings, which will be shared only with enrolled participants of your cohort. All programme materials, recordings, frameworks, and content are the intellectual property of The Art of Transformation (and, where applicable, The Willow Project Consultancy Limited) and are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or use them to create a competing offering.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Art of Transformation and The Willow Project Consultancy Limited (including Laura Boatman and Sarah King personally) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in The Calling, including loss of income, business opportunity, or profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, or any consumer guarantee or statutory right, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Australian, UK, or EU law.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including illness, technology failure, or other unforeseeable events. Where this affects delivery of the programme, Section 5 (refunds) applies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect a finalised payment plan structure. Where changes materially affect enrolled participants, we will notify you directly.
